We have bought these quite a lot in the past because they’re actually tasty, whether at the gym or not!
Each bar is packed with 20 grams of protein (think eating 3 eggs) high in fibre – so definitely don’t eat loads of them! And lower in sugar than many other bars – it comes in at 3.5grams so a spoonful.
This makes them a great boost post workout. They’re not quite a flapjack bitty texture, more like a typical protein cake style bar. What we love about these is the chocolate ones have chips in them, so these bars taste good and even better when warmed in the microwave – think gooey brownie, perfect for after the wintry run!
With a pack of 12 at this price, it’s worth grabbing – loads of flavours available but the various chocolate ones in our opinion are the better flavours.
